CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

  • When you arrive, please check in using your phone or our iPad. The link is in your confirmation email and is available here.  If you are a new client, please make sure you have submitted your consultation form.  

  • Only one guest per appointment. If you have arrived with a friend or spouse, kindly ask them to wait outside or in the car.

  • Upon entry, use the hand sanitizer located at the reception desk.

  • If the door is locked, you can text or call (925) 945-7700. We will let you know when your esthetician is ready for you in order to limit the number of people in the salon.

  • If you have arrived early, please wait outside in your car. You can text or call us to let us know you have arrived.

  • Please wear a face covering at all times. Estheticians will be wearing a mask, shield, or both during your appointment. If you do not have your own mask, you can purchase one.

  • All treatment rooms and instruments will be sanitized between each client. We ask for your patience.

  • If you or anyone in your household have any symptoms of fever, coughing, cold or feeling ill you need to reschedule your appointment to a later date. We cannot perform your service if we feel you are ill or unwell.
